Determine System Envoirments to Develop My Database.

I was determined about my Database environment to develop my database so I found it free ,reliable ,and easier to use it.

In following environment those I will use to develop.

Operating System : I certainly use WINDOWS XP Professonal Service Pack 3 because It very easier to Installing tools ,implement ,and testing.

Development tools :
I will use APPSERV 2.4.9 ,Internet application server pacek is actually "FREE",It combined in following

Apache 2.0.59
PHP 4.4.7
MySQL 5.0.45
phpMyAdmin-2.10.2

Hardware :
PC.
Internet system is essential.
